I, We, You, They & plural number noun : have 

He, she, it & singular number noun : has 

1 ) Neither you nor I am willing to do it. (simple present : am, is, are) 

3) Either you or he is making a noise.

Either you or she is fool, is the opinion of ...friends.(our, my, his, her)a. is     b. are     c. am     d. none of these.
